Changes to Orders

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. At FeetByFoot, we try to be as flexible as possible.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Yes — but only before your order is processed or shipped.

To request a change or cancellation:

Mention your Order Number and the changes you need.

⚠️ Note: Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.

✏️ What Changes Can Be Made?
You can request:

  • Size or color change (if available in stock)
  • Shipping address correction
  • Contact number update
  • Order cancellation (if not shipped)

⏳ How Long Do I Have to Make Changes?
You have up to 6 hours after placing the order to make any changes. After that, your order may already be in processing and can’t be modified.

💰 What If I Need to Cancel After Shipping?
If the order has been shipped: You can refuse the delivery, or Accept and initiate a return as per our [Return Policy]

Important:
COD orders not accepted at the time of delivery without prior cancellation may affect your future orders.

Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to order restrictions.
